PCB Assembly Silicon Integration possesses the latest high speed Fuji and Universal equipment needed to drive the lowest possible cost per placement. We have the capacity to place over 100,000 components per hour, and the capable of placing ultra fine pitch, BGA, micro-BGA, CSP, and other difficult to place devices including 0201's. High volume - Low Cost - For high volume assemblies that require a minimum amount of manual labor, we offer pricing that can be competitive with offshore suppliers. High Mix - We assemble very complicated high mix data communication boards containing BGA, fine-pitch and thru-hole components. Our customers find our quality exceptional. No SMT board is too small or too simple. Silicon Integration provides very aggressive commodity PCB assembly pricing. Box Build / System Assembly Once the PCB Assemblies are complete, Silicon Integration can integrate them into a complete system and perform extensive testing to ensure a high quality, fully functional product. Products can be 'Built To Order' enabling the customers to specify exactly how they would like their products to be configured. Test Testing options include in-circuit testing on the HP 3070 or Genrad platform, or functional testing. Our engineering expertise is available to develop your functional test fixtures and test procedures. Fulfillment Silicon Integration can ship your finished goods to any destination such as a warehouse, distributor or consumer’s home address.
