Corrective Action

Our Quality System features a closed loop corrective action procedure and provides a structured approach to address immediate containment as well as the permanent corrective steps to be taken.

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Program

Our ESD prevention procedures are comprehensive and thorough. They include conductive carpet, conductive tile, grounded workstations and racking, and most importantly a staff fully trained in ESD procedures. We also use conductive totes, monitoring stations, wrist straps and foot straps.

Moisture Sensitivity Program

Every employee receives training regarding moisture sensitivity procedures. Any questionable components are immediately baked and sealed prior to assembly.

Inspection

All assemblies are AOI and visually inspected prior to shipment.

Quality Standard

IPC-A-610G Class II and III Acceptability Standard.
